Thanks for posting! Your sliding patio door handle set reminds me of the 82-005 Surface Mount Sliding Door Handle Assembly. This handle set can used for both a left and right orientation. You'll can install the keeper so that the handle will lock properly for the side needed.

Take a look over the dimensions to confirm that this is the right replacement.
