Good Morning.
The first two photos are of a spiral balance from a double hung tilt out window. The second photo is the pivot block. I need 8 spiral balances and 8 pivot blocks. Can you help?

It looks like this spiral balance's outer tube is 22" long; is that correct? Now, I realize the outer tube is largely torn away, but can you confirm that it has a diameter of 5/8" (or 9/16")? If so, I believe you need an S600-22 with a Blue Tip option. The pivot shoe might be our 15-046 or 15-047, but you need to compare the width and thickness dimensions to confirm.

Good Morning, Bob. Thanks for your response. Here's some more information for you. The spiral balance tube has a diameter of 9/16" and is 23" long. On top of the pivot shoe is a block with a hole in the middle that the tube rests in. That block is about 7/16" tall X 1 1/4"wide X 9/16" 9/16"deep. The pivot shoe itself is 2" tall X 1 1/4" wide X about 9/16" deep. The window weighs about 18 lbs. I hope this helps with the indentification

Thanks for getting back to me. If the outer tubes are 23" long, then the S600-23 with a Blue Tip makes more sense. I am afraid we don't carry the block you're referring to, but I believe it's just for extra support and shouldn't affect the pivot shoe's function. See if the 15-118 matches up; just double-check that width of 9/16".

BINGO!! Thank you, Bob. I'm replacing all of the spiral springs and pivot shoes in all of the windows in the house, so I will undoubtedly be back in touch with more stupid questions.
I really appreciate your help.
