Since the colored tip appears to be missing, you'll need to weigh your window sash and follow the chart under the product description to choose the corresponding color option. To identify a replacement for your pivot shoe, we'll need to see an undamaged shoe removed from the window, including the exact width and thickness written out. Thank you! |
