Thanks for reaching out! Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-045 3/8" Thick Pivot Shoe. Take a look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing shoe to determine if this is the right fit. I am confident that this is the replacement you'll need.

Hi, thanks that worked. I also, need a replacement metal bracket that holds the spiral balance in place. Do you have these (please see photos)  1"x2" left bracket thanks!
