Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need a bit more information to determine if we carry a possible replacement for your rollers. To get started, please write out the exact housing height, width, and wheel diameter to help us narrow down your options. It would also help to see where the installation and adjustment screws install in your housing.  Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for your roller but we do offer two options that are similar to yours. Take a look at the 81-138 with the 1-1/8" diameter wheel and 3/4" thick housing, as well as the 81-157 with a 1-1/4" diameter wheel and 11/16" thick housing.

If neither roller will work for your door, take a look at the 81-266 roller and axle kit. If your original housing is in good working order, you may be able to get away with just replacing the wheels. Look over the suggested parts and videos on the website to assist you.
