Stanley pivot lock shoe and tilt latch

A landlord from Jackson, TN says:

Hello, I have a Stanley brand double-hung vinyl window with broken pivot shoes and a missing tilt latch. Can you help identify them? I believe the upper part of the pivot shoe is broken off and missing. 

After looking again the pivot lock shoe I found matching is 15-195. Still not sure about the tilt latch.

Maybe 26-393B for the tilt latches... Thank you very much!!

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see additional photos of an undamaged tilt latch removed from one of your windows to compare to our inventory. The 26-393B is one possibility but the determining factor would be how the style and dimensions of your latch compare to the images below.

As for your t-lock shoe, it looks like you have an open cam, which would be replaced by the 15-195B. If that is the only damaged part of the balance, see our video below to swap out the shoes. Thank you!
