A handy person from Orlando, FL says:
Hi.
Any idea what would be a replacement for this crank?
The house was built in the 1940s.
Thank you!

I need both the crank and the crank handle, by the way. Probably several m, for both left- and right-swing windows.
Thanks again !

Hello there. We may have a replacement for this operator, but to be safe, I'd like to see the link arm that juts out of the back of the mechanism and helps push and pull the window. If you could manually open the window and show us a bird's eye perspective of the entire assembly, that would help a ton. From there we'll do our best to narrow this down for you. Many thanks.

Hi. Thanks for you help with this. I've attached a few more photographs here. Please let me know if this provides the details to identify the replacement cranks. Thank you.

Perfect, thank you! My top recommendation, based on these new photos, is the 19-002. We also sell the 39-001 for the opposite side, if you needed it. Both operators come with the handle and are ready to install out of the box.

Please feel free to reach out if you had any other questions!
