Storm door locking latch

Hello. I am looking for a replacement lock for a storm door with a sliding glass/screen upper window. The tongue that goes in to lock has broken off and the upper glass will not stay up. Thank you

Hey there,

Thanks for writing in to us! Your storm door sweep lock looks very similar in style to our 90-272 Sweep Lock. Although, as you'll notice it is not an exact replacement match for your lock.

You'll need to be sure to carefully compare the dimensions, especially for the distance between the installation holes. As long as those holes align with those on your sweep lock, I do believe this could work as a suitable alternative.

This sweep is only available in black.

This is close. The width of mine is 1/2" and overall length is 2-1/8" though

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to determine anything based on the overall length of the latch. You would need to confirm the dimensions for the distance between the installation holes, as shown above. 

Although, I'm afraid the 90-272 may not be a suitable replacement, solely based on the width you've confirm. From what I can see in the photos, the width of your latch appears to be a bit smaller than our latch.
