The balance is marked 2720 but what clips?

A home owner from Miami FL says:
Hello. I need to replace two balances. They are marked 2720 but I'm not sure what top clips I need. I have attached a picture of the clip retainer at the top of the window and the clip as it sits at the top of the balance. The width across the white clip is 7/8 in. Appreciate any assistance.

Hi there!

We can help supply the balance shown here but it will need to be a custom order. Yours uses the 19-041 top fitting but this isn't a stock configuration which is what makes it custom. Can you show us a photo of the bottom fitting? We will also need you to measure as shown below.

We don't sell a replacement for the part in your second photo, unfortunately. We recommend you reuse it, if possible. I am sorry for any inconvenience.

Thanks so much, Emily. I have attached photos of the bottom fitting. The measurement is 1 inch and to my untrained eye it looks like the 15-005. I would like to custom order a pair of them, please. How do I place an order?

Great! Thank you kindly for confirming that for me. I have all the details I need so what I will do now is email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) balances with a 28" metal channel, 2720 stamp, and the 19-041 top and 15-005 bottom fittings. You can use this link to place an order on our website.
