3/4 in inside dimension on the leg without any nubbin. 3/4 in inside dimension on the leg with a nubbin between inside and the nubbin.

part is 3/16 in thick

The windows are likely originally installed around 1976.

I believe your corner tilt key matches up to the 95-250. Take a look at the dimensions on our site to be sure.
