A home owner from White Plains, NY says:
No identifiable markings on windows. All latches are brittle, some are missing. 7 windows need parts replaced.

Thanks for writing. I am afraid we don't have an exact match for this corner mounted tilt latch. It may no longer be made. Our closest possible substitute is the 26-261. Carefully compare the diagrams below to your old tilt latch, and see if you think this could work for you.

Thanks for the information. Thap piece will not work because screw location on the side is 7/8" down.

Thanks for getting back to us. I do recognize your corner latch, but it's unfortunately not made anymore. According to my records it was discontinued in early 2013, which was over a decade ago now. To my knowledge, no direct replacement was ever made.

Bob did mention the 26-261, but like you pointed out the specs are a little too different. I'm not optimistic that it will work on your window. The bad news is that we don't sell anything closer. Your part is just too old, unfortunately.

I am sorry that we can't offer you a better option.
