Tilt window channel

A home owner from 33713 says:

16 inch, stamped numbers: 16C BSI RG(small stamp, difficult read) Pivot lock shoe was difficult to remove, slid up the channel but it did not have wider gap? I don't see a match here.

Pivot bar is 2 1/2 inches

I need the window channels, the pivot lock shoes and the pivot bars. I also need suggestions how to install the pivot lock shoes without the widener in the channel area.

Also, the top of the channel does not have a screw, it has a "hook".

 Thanks!

Hello,

Thanks for writing in! Your balance shoe appears to be our Series 795 Channel Balance used along with a 1-1/4" Close Cam, T-Lock Shoe. This shoe comes equipped on the balance as part of the complete assembly. Since your balance is stamped with a 16C, you'll need the S795-16

I believe the 2-1/2" pivot bar you are looking for is the 26-021. Although, you should carefully compare the dimensions to confirm that this is the right replacement.

Since the space where your balance hook attaches to the top of the window is square in shape, you should be able to use our 26-200 balance screw plug along with the 33-016 screw. Take a look at the video below to for a visual demonstration on how to install the screw plug.
