Thanks for reaching out to us! Looks like you need a new lock and operator. The lock looks similar in design to our 38-036, so I recommend starting here and seeing how well it compares. I'll share images below for your reference.

As for the operator, I will need a clear picture of it removed from the window so that I can find a good match for it. Please let me know if that's possible and we can work from there!
