Need Longer Roto Truth Pivot Shoe Track

A contractor from New Hampshire says:

Hello,
This appears to be the correct operator that I am looking for. However, the only operator track I see is 13 7/8" long. The track I have is 27 3/4". Is it possible that two of the 13 7/8" would have been used in my application? I didn't pay attention to see if this was the case when I inspected the window.

Hello Doug. The 39-512 is the recommended track. Truth shows two used with the 39-312. Take a look at the diagram below for more details.
