Truth Window Casement Operators - Need Replacement Parts

A quick learner from Hartland Wisconsin says:
I have a few casement windows in my house that need the crank system replaced. Really just looking for the gear mechanism if possible. Do they make comparable replacement parts for this model? Thank you in advance of your help!

Hello! I'm very confident we can help you with this project. Looking at your photos, my first thought off the bat is going to be our 39-031. This is a genuine Truth brand part that appears to match your design just about exactly. Your next step should be to review our dimensions to verify that the arm sizes match; if they do, then I'm confident this will work in your window.

As for the gear mechanism, that's unfortunately not something that's sold separately. If your gears are stripped out then you will need an all new operator.

Lastly, please see our 39-032 for the opposite handed side, just in case you needed that. You should also be able to reuse your old covers and handles without issue.

WOW! Not used to getting this type of customer service these days. Thank you so much for the research and recommendation, those are the parts I need. Appreciate you taking the extra step of offering up the additional model number as well. Can you help me with an odd noise coming from my 2012 Subaru as well, LOL. Thanks again!

You're very welcome! I'm pleased to hear our service was helpful to you, we certainly try our best. Good luck on the rest of your project and please don't hesitate to reach out if you had any questions.

As for your Subaru, I wish I could help but I learned my lesson after my wife's Crosstrek got flooded back in January. Turns out I'm better at windows than I am with cars (but don't tell her that)!
