Hello my name is Jason and I need a new window crank for my window. It says Truth on it the arm length is 10 1/2" long. It has two individual arms that open the window.

Your operator resembles our 39-312. Take a look at the specifications from our product page below showing the 11" long arms and pivot shoes that attach to a track underneath the window sash. Thanks for posting!
