Truth crank

A quick learner from New Hampshire says:
i have a stripped hand crank for a casement window. s swear it says "TRUTH" on the 9 inch handle. one difference i noticed is that there are no screws on the inside of the window to hold the crank in place, it is screwed in from outside toward the room. there photos look very similar but not perfect replacemant.

Hello,

Thanks for posting! There is a good chance we can supply you with the replacement casement operator you need, however, I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator. To confirm the correct replacement, I'll need to see a photo of the body of the operator as well as the arm and how it attaches to the bottom of the window.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

A quick learner from New Hampshire says:

This Truth casement handle is stripped, per last text. Thanks for taking interest in my issue. It is greatly appreciated. Mike

Thanks for the photos. Your casement operator appears to be our 39-023. It's opposite version is part 39-022. If the gear is stripped and the handle will not turned, you'll need to replace the entire operator. The compatible crank handle is part 39-114. There is also a modern looking handle, part 39-114L.

These parts are available in white.

Hi Jarmine. Just wanted to say ?. Worked perfectly. You guys saved me a lot of $$$ since I didn't have to replace the entire window due to a faulty crank. Nice to know people like you are out there helping people like me. Highly recommend Swisco. Mike
