Thanks for posting! It appears you are looking to replace the hinge track for the existing hinge on your window. To replace this, you'll need to replace the entire hinge. I believe you may be able to use our 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set, however, you'll need to review and compare the dimensions to confirm. 

Keep in mind, there is a chance that this hinge may not have the same dimensions your has. That said, you may need to drill new installation holes to install them. If they are not a match to y our existing hinges, you'll need to be sure to replace both the top and bottom hinge. This hinge set can be used for both the left and right side of the casement window.
