We carry one operator for skylight windows, the 39-379. Take a look and see how the specifications shown on our product page compare to your assembly. This operator uses the 39-114" handle. We also offer the 39-157 and 39-337 crank extensions if needed. Unfortunately, the operator cover is not available seprately. Thanks for posting!

Does the 39-339 fit in the hole of the cover

The 39-339 is not meant to replace the operator's spline. It is meant to be used with the 2" or 4" crank handle extensions we mentioned in our original recommendation to connect the 39-336 universal joint.
