Truth window parts

A quick learner from Decatur Illinois says:
Hello this is Jennifer McConnell again, I sent you another email asking about my 12 foot slider.. attaching a photo of the slider door handle. I would like to replace as well. waiting for a response on that one again. Also, I am looking for the handle/cranks & side latch to the truth window that latches the window down I am attaching a photo I am going to need several parts to these windows they don't crank in or out and a few of them when I get them pushed in they don't latch down because there's missing handles to seal them/lock them in place.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hello! This lock looks very similar to our 38-036. I think this may be what you want, but look it over and see what you think.

You also mentioned that you needed the crank operators themselves, but I can't see them clearly enough in your photos to make a recommendation. In order to make a suggestion from our inventory, I need you to remove one of the operators from the window and show me one clear picture that shows the full assembly. That way I can see everything and find you the best possible match.

A quick learner from Sheridan,wy says:
I'm looking for the little plastic piece that holds the the latch when you lock the window

Tom from SWISCO responded:

I'm sorry to say that this plastic piece isn't sold separately and is not something we can provide. I don't think it's meant by the manufacturer to be replaced. The only solution we can offer is to replace the whole lock with the 38-036 entirely.

I am sorry for the inconvenience.
