Unknow Window Brand

A home owner from Los Angeles says:

Hello,

I can not find the name of these windows. The spiral balances look like they are 1/2" thick.

The pivot lock shoe(?) is broken on a couple of the windows.

Some of the windows will not stay up.

Thank you,

Joe

Emily from SWISCO responded:

Hi there Joe.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We can't be 100% sure of the pivot shoe without seeing it removed along with the written-out thickness and width dimensions. However, the 15-121 comes to mind. You'll have to compare the specifications with yours to see how they align.

For the balance, you may need the Series 600 which has a tube diameter of 9/16" but that's considered 5/8" in the trade. You can always double-check to be sure.

We'd be happy to help with the tilt latch but we will need you to write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center.
