Unknown Vinyl Window in Bathroom Needs Parts

A home owner from New Jersey says:
This window came with the house and needs a specific pivot shoe and pivot arm and also a channel locking mechanism of the right size. The pivot shoe in there now is 1/2" thick. The bottom of the window where the pivot arm is supposed to come out seemed to have been broken so someone has screwed it into the bottom.

I have no idea the manufacturer as there are no labels anywhere and no etching on any glass panes.

Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. It appears you have a tilt window spiral balance. With that in mind, I recommend either the Series 900 (3/8" diameter tube) or Series 600 (5/8" diameter tube). As for the pivot shoe, pivot bar, and pivot bar housing, see the 15-046, 26-040, and 26-382S. Carefully review the specifications for these parts and see how they compare with yours.
