Unknown maker

A home owner from Michigan says:
Hello! Unfortunately, I have now idea who the manufacturer is for the windows in our home. We thought they were Andersons, but a tech that came out said they are not... The home was built in 2003 so the windows are from then. Any idea and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, thank you for posting,

Unfortunately we are not able to identify the manufacturer, but it appears they used Truth brand parts. Do you need replacements for all parts shown?

Please start by reviewing the dimensions of the 39-013 and 39-014 operators along with the 39-114L handle.

For the lock, compare the dimensions of the 38-144 lock. One important thing to note is that there's a very good chance you'll also need new keepers, depending on the age of the window. Specifically our 38-276 and 38-277. The manufacturer of these locks changed how the lock and keeper interact some years ago, so the old style keepers won't be compatible with the new style locks. Just something to keep in mind.

As for the hinges, please start by reviewing the dimensions of the 36-048 2-bar hinge set that has a 10" sill track. We also carry a 14" track under 36-049. Note that both the top and bottom hinges would need to be replaced at the same time.

Review all parts and let us know if you have any additional questions!
