VINTAGE PATIO SCREEN DOOR TOP ROLLER REPLACEMENTS

A handy person from Las Vegas, Nevada says:

Hello.
I have patio screen doors from 1963 that need replacement.

The part is
1" 3/16th wide
Almost 2 inches high including roller.
I've included a photo.

Any idea what would work?

Unfortunately, this top roller has been discontinued and we have not been able to locate a suitable replacement. If you are handy and able to drill out the original nylon wheel, you may be able to replace it with the (7/8") 10-101 or (3/4") 10-102 wheel using the 33-087 stainless steel screw. We can't make any guarantees but take a look and see what you think. Thank you.
