these are the two pins at the bottom frame of my double-hung vertical windows. Bent and broke off at screw hole (drawing shows remaing half still attached to frame)

It doesn't appear we have an identical match for this. Our 26-374 and 26-402 come to mind though. Have a look at the specifications and see if you think one of them could work for you.
