Thanks for writing in! The part you are searching for is what are referred to as top sash guides. They help to guide the channel balances and the sash in the window channel as well as preventing the balances from shooting up out of the window. 

Your top sash guide reminds me of our Rollyson Top Said Guide Pair, part 18-124P. Look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing hardware to confirm that these are the right replacement.
