Ventarama crank open skylight

Hi and thank you for chatting with me this morning. I over cranked the skylight pictured and snapped the spline shaft that extends from the skylight to the hook that I attach to with an extender pole. Is there a simple fix?

the spline shaft is ½ in diameter and enters the hook which is ½ with interior spline. Including pictures of one not damaged with other photos.

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no way to repair the original operator once the spline is broken. We offer one skylight operator, the 39-379, but I'm not sure if it would work for you based on your pictures. Take a look and compare the specifications below to confirm if they match up to your part. We also offer the 39-214 metal hook for this assembly. Thanks for posting.
