Vertical Sliding Window Replacement Latch/Handle

A home owner from St.Pete, Florida says:
Looking to replace these vertical sliding window latches in my circa 1981 condo. Only marking is Allen-Stevens Corp.
Handle screw holes are 4 1/4" apart and the Handle width is 15/16".

I am familiar with those old Allen-Stevens lock. The bad news is that this part is no longer made and to my knowledge no alternative was ever developed to replace it.

Colleagues of mine have recommended the 90-072 lock in the past, but the design is obviously very different and I am not altogether confident that this will work for your window. It will require drilling new screw holes, at the very least, and even then I'm not sure exactly how it's meant to lock in the sash. I do not think anything in our inventory will be a good fit in your window; the original hardware just has too unique of a design.

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.
