Pics 1, 2 and 3 are of the chanel slides and hook.
#4 is from metal end to metal end measurement and this is a 1/2"
slide.I will also need the 2 stops for each window.
#5 is the plastic piece on the window there are 2 on each window.
The only markings on any of them is Vista Deluxe.

Hi James, thank you for posting, It appears you have either our Series 351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or Series 390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. Are you able to provide the length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments as well as the number stamped on the metal channel? I do not recognize the sash guide shown at first sight. I am going to have one of our senior experts review further to determine if we can supply a suitable replacement option.
