Weather stripping for sliding patio door

A home owner from Noblesville, IN says:

Hi I have what I believe is a circa 1990's Mastercraft patio door that I'd like to find weather stripping for on the side of door that slides. The dimensions appear to be 1/4" by 1/4". The only one I can find that comes close is 58-127. Can this work or is there something closer that I'm not finding?
