Wenco Window parts

A contractor from Montezuma, IA says:

The windows are Wenco Polyvinyl double hung windows, tilt sash. We have 90 of them total. We need the bottom tilt pins, the sash latch on the side of the frame, center window lock and the balancers. We are looking at repairing 25 of the 90 windows this year. Do you have the parts to fit these windows?
