Thanks for writing in! Your casement window lock reminds me of either our 38-095 or our 38-096. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to carefully review the dimensions below. They each have the same 3-13/16" installation hole measurement, so you'll especially want to compare the dimension for the depth measurement.

The compatible installation fastener is the 33-097 Self-Tapping Screw. This is sold separately from the casement locks.
