A home owner from Massachusetts says:

Both springs are broken. The window is Owen's Corning circa 2002-2003.there are no numbers or markings on any of the parts

Also the sash weight is approximately 10.25 pounds

Hello,

If you have Certainteed windows, we offer the 15-192 pivot shoe, which uses the S170 and S171 coil springs, along with the parts listed under the related items section of the 15-192 product page. Based on your sash weight, I would recommend using one S170-405 on each side. Please note that some customers have reported that they needed to shave the front of the shoe down to install it in their window jamb. Thanks for posting!
