Window Balance

I'm afraid that I don't recognize this balance. In order to identify it, we need to see the bottom end, specifically she shoe, clip, hook, or whatever else is at the bottom of the cord. Thank you for additional photos. To remove the ribbed balances, you need to remove both sashes and gently pull the vinyl jamb liner from the window frame.
