A quick learner from Jacksonville, FL says:
Found some more balanced busted in the windows, windows same as before but think this balance is a bit bigger than the rest. Just want to make sure I get the right one. Let me know if you need anything else!

Hey there,

Thanks for posting! It looks like you have either the S380-26 with a 1" shoe or the S385-26 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Let me know if it does not match either measurement.

Once you've confirmed the series you need and you are ready to place your order, you'll need to confirm stamp from the metal channel to select your option. If there is no stamp, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash. There will be a chart that lists the weight ranges each stamp option can hold to support the weight of a sash.

A quick learner from Jacksonville, FL says:
The shoe measures in at one inch and they are stamped 49 of BSI. hope this helps narrow them down. Thanks for the quick reply!

Thanks for confirming the measurement. Unfortunately, I am not able to cross-reference the stamp you've written out.

May I see a photo of the stamp? It may also be a good idea to obtain the exact weight of the sash. There is a chance these may need to be a custom assembly.

A quick learner from Jacksonville, FL says:
Here is another photo of the stamp on the balance, I weighed the sash and it came out to 29.5lbs

Let me know if you need anything else!

Thanks for confirming this information. Since your balance is stamped with a 24 9, you'll need the S380-25 with a 2460 stamp. You'll need to double check the length of the metal channel as it should be 25".
