Thank you kindly! Before I make my recommendation, could you show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the inner spring connects to the pulley mechanism? I apologize for not asking earlier but I'd just like to confirm something.

I appreciate you getting that for me! Based on what I see in your photos, I recommend our Series 380 or Series 385. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll have to measure as shown below. As for what stamp option to select, I suggest the 3140 option.
