Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears you have the Series 795 channel balance. This balance installs into the window channel with a screw clip, but it appears yours uses a hook like the 15-198. This configuration will require a custom order to assemble for you.

To further review, are you able to confirm that the T-Lock shoe is 1-1/4" wide? Also confirm how many balances you are in need of and I can send over an order link with pricing for your review.

Please note custom orders are nonrefundable and have a minimum of (2).

I have sent over an order link for (2) balances with pricing for your review. The length of the metal channel will be 26" with a 26C stamp option. There is a 5-6 week lead time and these balances are nonrefundable. Please review and let us know if you have any additional quesitons!
