Window Balance 1520 BSI TO

A quick learner from Las Vegas Nevada says:

Looking for window balance,

Channel is 16" in length. The foot is 1 inch by

1 inch. Part # 15-001 top is part# 19-005

Also the hook is different from what is listed on the website.

I can not find this combination of the website.
