Window Balance Replacement

A contractor from Saint Louis, Missouri says:
Looking to make sure I'm ordering the correct balance before I order them.
Metal channel measures is 26" long and 9/16" wide.
It is stamped with a 26C BS and looks like is probably your S795-26, but mine has a hook clip on top, where the one in you photo is a screw in clip.
Thanks for your help.

Hello,

I agree that your balances are similar to the S795-26 (26C) with two exceptions. Your assembly uses the 15-198 pulley clip and 15-195B open-cam T-lock shoe for installation. We can provide the replacements that you need but it will need to be a custom order. We'll just need to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two, to send over a price quote. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.
I am replacing 1 window unit. So I would need 2. I don't know if the right and the left are different from each other.

Great, we just sent over an order link and price quote for the balances you requested, which are non-handed so they can be installed on the left or right side of the window. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else.
