Hello, thank you for posting,

The balances should have the same stamp on either side per sash. To move forward, are you able to provide the weight of each window sash that uses the balances?

Please also confirm the depth of the bottom shoe has shown below along with the length of the metal channel excluding the attachments. Thank you!

It appears you have the 15-029 7/8" deep shoe. We can assemble this balance for you via a custom order using the 19-005 top and 15-029 shoe.

The stamp on the balance should be the same on both sides. To move forward, are you able to provide the sash weight for each window sash? The sash will need to be removed and placed on a scale.

Please also confirm that the length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments is 23" long. Thank you!

A friend says:
The length of the balance is 29 inches

The 29" length is a little strange due to the 22D and 22B stamps. These usually mean the metal channel measures 23" long.

If the length is 29 inches, to move forward, please provide the weight of the sashes for each window. The sash will need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale. Thank you!
