Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! Your balances are either the S380-28 with a 1" shoe or the S385-28 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

You'll need to select the 2760 stamp option (supports sashes weighing 30 to 33lbs) and the 2780 stamp option (supports sashes weighing 42 to 45lbs).

I have a 2740 window balance the case width measures 9/16 but your guide says use 1:2". The lower footing measures 15/16ths.

The 1/2" channel balance should work fine to replace your existing balances. However, they will need to be a custom assembly since your shoe measures slight under 1".

I've forwarded a link with a quote for (2) of the 2740 stamped balances with a 19-002 wingless top and a 15-029 balance shoe. You'll be able to use this link to review the quote and place the order from your online cart. If you would like a larger quantity of balances, please let me know and I'll be happy to adjust the quote for you.

Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.
