Window Caldwell 36x54 broke

A quick learner from Lacey says:

Hello, this part is broke. Metal part is 23". The stamp is 22 3 LQ Caldwell. And the plastic window channel balance is broke. Please help me with the parts I need to fix my window.

Hello there!

We appreciate you reaching out to us. I recommend either the S380-23 or S385-23 channel balances depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. The photo below will show how you should measure. You will also need the 2230 option based on your 22 3 stamp.

The top sash guide reminds me of our 18-008H though. Take a look at the specifications and see if they match up with what you're searching for.
