Hello there. This looks like an S795-27 channel balance, stamped 27C. Your old balance uses a 15-195B 'open cam' Pivot Shoe, which is sold separately. The video below shows how to swap this shoe with the one that comes attached by default to the Series 795 (the 15-195 'closed cam' shoe). Let me know if you have further questions.
