Hey there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your pivot shoe looks like it may match the 15-228. This part uses the Series 160 1/2" wide springs or the Series 165 3/8" wide springs. The best match will depend on the width of your coil spring band so your next step should be to measure your old one. 

As for the coil spring support, see either the 15-150T for 1/2" springs or 15-205 for 3/8" springs.
