I'm trying to identify this window latch. I will need replacement latches and balances for several of these windows.

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 90-071  lock and keeper shown below to yours. If you need balances as well, we'd be happy to help but we would need to see photos of your assembly removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
