Hello. This is a very unique setup. Could you provide us with some dimensions, such as the distance between the mounting holes? Also, does this lock engage with a keeper or straight into the door jamb? It would also help us to see a clearer picture of the lock and where it is installed. These sash locks are not usually used on doors but take a look at the 90-019 stainless steel window lock. See if you can adapt it to your door and let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks for posting!
