Keller Aluminum Window Latches

Hello there, looking for this type of latch for my blank windows.

Windows were manufactured by Keller Aluminum Products of Texas, OUT OF BUSINESS apparently per website that I googled them:


What is says on the windows for the TYPE of windows: Code : AC-2

Spec: DH-B1-HP (40)

Series: 76-78-80

MST: 4060


I have attached some pics, please help or advise where to find them..., I will send a COUPLE of more pictures in the 2nd email.
