Hello,

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-175. Please note that this shoe is being discontinued and we will no longer be able to supply it once we run out of stock. We suspect that the 15-177 will work in its place since it uses the same S152 coil springs but we have not received confirmation yet. 

As for the pivot bar, we would need to see an undamaged part removed from one of your windows to compare to our inventory. Thank you.
