Window Wheel Replacement

A handy person from Las Vegas, NV. 89103 says:

Need four of the attached items that go on the bottom of my windows. Looks like each one has two wheels ( the picture only shows one but all the windows have two wheels on each side and a screw hole but also a flange to keep them from slipping.

Can you help me please?
