Window balance.

A quick learner from Plattsburgh NY (PAFB) says:
These are 24" long x 1/2". They are for double hung windows in our reclaimed air force dorms and need to purchase these. There is also a bent metal spring like part in the window frame that when pull out stops these from traveling any further up so the window can be removed.
Thank you

Hello there!

This looks to be a match for the S351-24 or S390-24 channel balances. Measure as shown below to see which Series is best for your repair.

The stamp printed on the metal channel is odd, however. Can you weigh the window sash on a scale and tell us the precise weight? That will allow us to determine the proper stamp option for your replacement balances.

Thanks! With a sash weight of 25 pounds, you could use the 2350 option for either the Series 351 or Series 390. Two balances with this stamp can carry a load of 23 through 27 pounds.
